Costa Rica - November 2017

The moment I saw the advert that British Airways were about to open direct flights from London to Costa Rica, I booked a flight.

I had been wanting to visit Costa Rica for a long time and the flights were just £500 return. One of My slaves kindly upgraded My economy seats to Premium Economy both ways which I really appreciated as I absolutely hate flying long haul in economy, it is just so uncomfortable, crowded, noisy, hot and stinky! At least in Premium Economy I was sat next to a handsome guy and we had plenty of room and peace to relax on our flight there.

I spent 3 weeks in a tiny one-road town called Santa Teresa where I took yoga classes, went surfing, spent whole days alone on huge expanses of beach and ate all of the tacos!

I stayed in the most beautiful villa up a hill where monkeys came to peak at Me in the swimming pool, went galloping along the beaches at sunset on horseback, got stung by a jellyfish, spent hours watching iguanas and birds through My binoculars from My hammock, walked out of the most bizarre night time yoga class I’d ever had the misfortune of attending, got eaten alive by mosquitos and rushed a new travel friend to the emergency medic when her surfboard hit her in the mouth and loosened her front tooth!

It was an absolutely blissful 3 weeks by Myself with no responsibilities, only nature and new friends.
